BMI Calculator RANGE-KG/M 2 Body mass index (BMI) is measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. I personally don't think that your BMI is an accurate reading or measurement. For example if you have a person with a genetically larger body type, trains at the gym regularly and has a low body fat percentage they may never get their BMI under 25. So according to the BMI chart they are overweight? I feel that the most accurate reading is the old fashioned way of using your measurements. Waist to hips, ratio. |
