IN All our classes our teachers may incorporate the use of yoga straps, wobble boards, balance work, cones, dura disks, bosu balls, power plates, nrg balls, body blade, tubing, therabands, stability balls, medicine balls, jump ropes, weighted bars and/or punching pads. Every class contains a 5-10 minute warm-up, a cardio workout and/or resistance training, an abdominal workout and a 5-minute stretching component..
