I started Training with Margie in October 2008,
My brief was to improve my fitness, further develop core strength, tone and organise a programme where I could work on areas I was neglecting from my general sports and training I was undertaking as part of my normal “reasonably” healthy lifestyle.

Margie has helped me to achieve my goals, my results indicate improvement in body fat and water content levels and generally I am feeling stronger without signs of lower back strain which I used to feel on occasions.

Margie is very professional, she shares a level of care and conscientiousness with her work and her training studio is equipped with a great level of equipment so that each training session is varied and normally never repeated.

I highly recommend Margie as a health coach.
Apart from her obvious training capabilities, she is honest, driven and passionate about her work and her “no nonsense” approach is refreshing.
