Looking back on it now, it’s like I’m a totally different person, I always knew I had issues with my weight but never had the confidence or enthusiasm to do anything about it. I was always grumpy and low on energy and just felt unfit and unwell.
I started with Margie in July 2008, at first we sat down and looked at my diet, she explained how most of what I ate was the reason for the way I was.
She wrote up a strict diet for me to follow and at first, it was very hard to keep up with but she was always there to support me.
As we worked out more and more I could slowly see myself changing, it was a slow process but I see a totally different me when I look in the mirror every morning.
Family, work colleagues and friends are constantly complimenting me on how I look now. I have become more positive, more confident and I’ve never been fitter.
Margie’s approach is very professional but at the same time very calm and relaxed, she always looking out for mine and everyone’s well-being.
Her knowledge and understanding of the human body is amazing, she is always finding new techniques to promote healthier living.
She has changed me and I am so grateful for her help over the last 7 months and I look forward to continuing this great relationship with her.
