1. Antigravity® Yoga Rehabilitate & Restore & Renew
This class is recommended is an INTRO class for all whom would like to try before they buy a sequence of four. This is the best class to start with. Hammocks’ are low to the ground. We utilise the hammock to gently restore and repair the muscular, structural and nervous systems of the body. By floating the body through mid-air in a series of gentle, gyro-kinetic motions, the entire spine is deeply opened, as synovial fluids release into the joints, hydrating the cartilage that cushion them. The weightlessness provided by the hammock allows the body to safely glide to the extent of its flexibility with zero compression on the joints and connecting tissues. This technique is beneficial in both the prevention and rehabilitation of all injuries. We offer you Mindful breathing, visualisations, connecting you with your body & muscles creating awareness and whole life healing sessions. You have choices to work at your own pace making it a gentle and a restorative rehabilitation session, stretching and lengthening your whole the spine. When we avoid mental distractions, this allows you to reach a deeper sense of oneness with yourself, in mind, body & spirit.
This powerful method focuses the mind through powerful visualisations as it floats the body through a series of stretches, oxygenating the blood, deeply opening the entire spine, hips and connective tissues of the body. The technique features inversions & various forms of flowing spinal traction. This therapeutic method offers accessibility to students with physical limitations but loved by all as a portal into deeper spinal flexibility, mind/body connection.

2. AntiGravity fitness – silks, circus classes
This class is not an introduction class. Only EXPERIENCED participants should attend this class. You will get stronger, fitter, and leaner; have lots of fun, transforming your body inside and out. Before trying this class you will need to have had experience in hammocks and the intro class. If you have any injuries’ this class is not for you. You will require some upper body strength and a strong core. We recommend you start down low first then you may join this class. Hammocks are at Hip height. We also learn silks moves at every session. You will be climbing the silks. This will give you great upper body strength and at times will challenge you physically. Circus classes offer a full-body workout, focusing on gaining both strength and flexibility in equal measure. you will be amazed at what you will be able to do. 🙂
3. Hens Parties, Birthday parties, Aerial Fitness Parties, Kids fitness and Team building groups/classes are also available
All are also available. Parents often bring along their children with them to their class and they all participate together. It’s so much fun!

I love that your hammock is your dance partner and all the exercises are performed in your hammock. It is such a beautiful apparatus for exercising in & flying, releasing tension, stretching, challenging you, increases your serotonin leaving you feeling happy and high and a great way to decompress your spine from the constant forces of gravity. I worked through my fear of inversions (due to injuries) came out the other end euphoric and exhilarated and able to do all the poses. Once I got out of my head, listened and trusted and stayed present I was able to do all the exercises. I am so passionate about AntiGravity® Yoga that I cannot wait to teach it to everyone and anyone who are willing to learn. I love seeing the transformation occur at each session. Often when people come to a class they arrive stressed from their day and at the end of the class they are laughing and happy, freeing their bodies and mind from stress lengthening their spines and they get results with major changes in their bodies and so many benefits, eventually becoming pain-free.
Initially, my fears were due to old injuries, whiplash neck injuries, jaw, TMJ, rotator cuff tears, frozen shoulder, lower back challenges (cracked sacrum). It took me a few months to rehab my body and I felt exhilarated and able to move my body in ways that I have not done in years. I no longer have headaches, migraines or lower back pain or shoulder pain. I feel exhilarated, passionate & refreshed teaching AntiGravity® Yoga, it is part of my life. – If I can do it anyone can… with love and light xx margie xx
