“I have now more sustained energy during the day…”
I met and started working with Margie in September 2007 and I was looking for someone that would help me break the bad habits I had picked up whilst touring for the past 12 months.
When you are on the road you get into bad habits such as eating late a night, eating the wrong things, drinking more than usual and not getting enough sleep. When I finished touring I really wanted to get out of this routine had recently quit smoking and didn’t want to stack on the pounds.
Margie tested me in my first session and I was shocked at how unfit I was and it really gave me the inspiration to improve, every time I saw Margie we worked harder and as the weeks went on I realised how much easier everything was becoming and how much I had improved my overall fitness and my energy levels.
Since training with Margie I now find it easier to get up in the morning, have more sustained energy during the day and have made fitness a part of my everyday life (which I never would have believed).
I would recommend Margie to anyone (and do) and still look forward to every session not only for the much needed exercise but catching up with someone who has become a dear friend.
