Clinical Pilates is a form of exercise and rehabilitation that combines Pilate’s principles that teach you to improve your core stability through the isolation of specific muscle groups.
Designed by a physiotherapist and osteopaths, it is an adaptation of Joseph Pilate’s original approach, modified and changed to make it appropriate for use in a clinical/rehabilitation setting. Specific programs are developed to suit the individual’s injury or pathology, as well as their particular sport or level of activity.
We will teach you how having great core stability muscles will create a brace like hold around your lower back to protect you from any injury.
