Personal Training – After following the Body For Life program for a year I came to see Margie with a list of goals I still wanted to achieve; lose fat, learn good exercise technique and achieve a better body shape.Margie absolutely helped me to refocus my efforts in the gym by teaching me a load of new exercises and giving my training routine a much needed cardio boost. Margie has also helped me to recognise areas of weakness that I had ignored before like core strength and flexibility.A great motivational tool Margie uses is the food and exercise diary. I’d managed to convince myself that rice cakes with peanut butter after work were a great pre-workout snack – they don’t look so good on paper.
Margie has really motivated me to clean up my diet where it was needed and the results have been very quick.
My body fat percentage went from 23% to 17% in my three months with Margie and my weight from 91kg to 82kg.
I told lots of my friends and colleagues that I was starting with Margie and they have been very quick to comment on my achievements.
It’s really noticeable when I see someone I haven’t seen in a while. Great comments on my successes to date provide ongoing motivation to achieve.
