Vibe Fitness Time Table

Class styles descriptions – call us to make time for any of the classes not on the above time table

  1. Kids Circus Classes– In this class you will learn a variety of circus skills from the ages 5 and upwards. AntiGravity yoga, silks, trapeze high and low, ropes, rings, Hoola hoops, tumbling, balance coordination, check out the kid’s infobox on the front page of the website.
  2.  PT Circuit HIIT Fat Burn body transformations– Shape and tone your body quickly and easily. A full-body overhaul, which will transform your body inside and out. Shape and tone your body quickly and easily. Mind-body and spirit. lots of variety in every session. eg. fit ball, medicine balls, trx, weights, machines, full gym, cardio, intervals, spin, cycle, bungee fitness, aerial fitness, pilates, mat classes, reformers, cross-fit, rehab, barbells, leg machines, bosu, trampoline, power plate, and so much more. our focus is on a complete body workout.
  3. Pilate’s reformer classes are a form of exercise and rehabilitation that combines Pilate’s principles that teach you to improve your core stability through the isolation of specific muscle groups.
  4. Cocooning chill stretch, restore and meditate all in your hammock
  5. Mindfulness meditation for kids – We teach mindfulness to kids through meditation and this gives them the skills to develop their awareness of their inner and outer experiences. We teach them those thoughts as “just thoughts and they understand how emotions manifest in their bodies. They learn and recognize when their attention has wandered, and we provide tools for impulse control. 45 min sessions floating or sitting in hammocks
  6. Silks Tissu pink loves her silks. Great full-body workout -check out the front box of the website
  7. Aerial YogaAntiGravity® – Aerial yoga is a cross between Yoga, Pilates, suspension training, callisthenics, gymnastics, stretching & lengthening your whole spine & body further with less strain. Monitor your own resistance, decompressing tight joints, relieving pressure while aligning your vertebra. Participants suspended less than a meter above the ground in a silk hammock. All your movements performed using the hammock. Classes on offer from beginners to advanced. If it’s your first time @ Antigravity yoga then start with a Restorative class as hammocks are low to the ground. check out the font box of the website
  8. Bungee Workouts Bungee Fitness A full-body workout that is high intensity all while you float weightlessly. Bouncing freely in space suspended on a bungee cord, attached to your hips, you get to explore three-dimensional manoeuvres’ that fully engages every muscle in your body. You will build strength, flexibility, core stability, mobility while you play, dance jump and float around the room. Fly in the air like Superman or suspend mission impossible style floating inches above the floor. Allowing you to discover and create freedom and resilience that extends, beyond the bungee cords into the rest of your life.   9. Slow flow yoga meditation, Hatha & Vinyasa restorative is on the floor with Rachel on mats with Rachel All levels welcome. This class is wonderful for those wanting to slow down but also go deeper within. More time is taken for each posture to come into alignment and stillness. Through the breath linked with the postures, the class will help to cultivate a sense of peace, presence, and relaxation helping to restore the body and nervous system.
