Personal Training
I found Margie through a personal trainer search online and was very impressed with her website and what she had to say about herself, so I made an appointment for a consultation. At first I was very apprehensive, as the last time I had done any physical activity was in high school, and I was very bad at it and absolutely hated it. Knowing I had to do something about my health and fitness, and in a last ditch attempt to solve my sleeping problems, I decided to give her a shot.
In that first consultation, we chatted about the things I like to do, what I like to eat and took my weight and measurements, which I’ll admit I was quite embarrassed about. Margie had me write down everything I ate, and 5 or so days later when I had my first session she looked at my food diary and gave me some pointers about what I was doing right and wrong.
I found the first session hard, but rather enjoyable, as Margie was there the whole time distracting me from what I was doing and giving me tips about my health and fitness.
Over the next few weeks I found myself really looking forward to our sessions, and three weeks later Margie looked at me and got really excited, she made me stop what I was doing immediately and jump on the scales again, and I was amazed at the results.
It’s now been almost three months, and I continue to see amazing results and really look forward to my sessions with Margie.
I look and feel fit and healthy, and for the first time in my life I am sleeping properly and enjoying life to its fullest.
Margie is always happy to give advice and share her extensive knowledge with me, on top of being a generally nice person who I would recommend anybody to. Thank you Margie!
