I was hoping that you might be able to help me. PLEEEASE! I told you the other day that I was starting the body for life program. The gym I am at went and sacked my personal trainer the day before I was due to start, so I had to wait a few days till I could get another one in a 7 am time slot to get started. We did 1 upper body session, then she missed the next session due to a death in the family. I am now a week behind where I want to be and still don’t have a starting program.
I was hoping that you might be able to help me put one together for upper and lower body (on the phone?). I’m at the point where I reckon all their trainers suck, so I really just want to get going on a program and go hard. I have even got a training partner (for spotting etc). Any chance you can call me this weekend and help put a simple BFL routine together?
You know the old saying ‘you don’t know what you’ve got till its gone’? I didn’t realise what a great trainer you are. (that sounds really sucky but its true). You were my first personal trainer and I have worked with 3 since (albeit briefly) and they have all been pretty average by comparison.
