YOGA-LATTES, a combination of Yoga and Pilates exercise
Based on the Pilate principles yoga-lattes is a fun way to get into shape. Combining both Yoga and Pilates we create varied workouts that are fun efficient and challenging for your body. We target all areas of your body strengthening, looking to shape those areas through exercise, routine that is designed around your individual needs and goals.
After the initial assessment, we design a workout program for you that suits your needs.

With classes being so popular, we also offer lunchtime sessions that companies can offer staff as part of a health and well-being activity.
We have been teaching Yoga-Lattes for 16 years, creating our own fusion of Yoga and Pilates.
Breathing techniques from postures will leave you feeling relaxed as well as improve your overall flexibility. It may take a bit of time but you will soon notice that postures you couldn’t do to start will become second nature, increasing your overall strength & flexibility as you progress through the different levels & postures.

There are over 640 muscles in the body connected to the spine. When one is affected by injury or daily use it impacts the whole spine. Our focus will be to train your muscles that bring improvements to your posture and alignment. By focusing on your core strength, you strengthen the little muscles which support the larger ligaments, tendons, and joints.
