A life-changing experience! We are the first in Melbourne, Australia, to start BUNGEE Workouts, Bungee Dance, Bungee entire body and core conditioning & Bungee Fitness Classes.

Bouncing freely in space suspended on a bungee cord attached to your hips, you can explore three-dimensional moves that fully engage every muscle. You will build strength, flexibility, core stability, and mobility while playing, dancing, jumping, and floating around the room. Fly like Superman or suspend mission-impossible style floating inches above the floor. It allows you to discover and create freedom and resilience that extends beyond the bungee cords into the rest of your life. This transforms your body inside and out. Our Bungee workout is an intensive conditioning class. All levels are welcome; you may work at your own pace and fitness levels.

Before your class, you must let us know your height and weight, as we have to prepare and adjust the bungees to match your size and weight before the course starts. If your weight is incorrect, your bungee may be top or bottom-heavy, not work for you, and you may not be able to fly around.

Benefits  – Flying bungees will make you instantly happy!! It is lots of fun. You will build strength in your whole body, improve your core bigstock-Bungy-jumpers-5742409abdominal, be great for cardiovascular conditioning, and burn fat while you fly around, releasing happy hormones and serotonin endorphins.

What to wear – Please wear comfortable clothing, runners, and bring a sweat towel.  If you have your cycle pants, wear cycle shorts with padding, as this will be helpful with the deep tissue massage where the harness is placed.

Health considerations Extra precautions are necessary for recent surgery, stroke, high or low blood pressure, vertigo or heart conditions, herniated discs, botox, and injuries, especially knees, ankles, hips and groin injuries. Before your first class in a group- we highly recommend you do aerials with us before bungee to get used to deep tissue massage, where harness placement and assessment of any injuries- If booked in a group class & you are late, you will miss out on information and will hold up the others in the class. You may have to wait until a break to get into your bungees. So please do not be late. No makeup sessions or refunds exist, as someone else will take your place.
