Your 1st step is a one-hour thorough assessment performed to examine your fitness levels (VO2), Hydration levels, Internal age, Body fat, measurements, stretch and flexibility test, BMI, Core stability, Pelvic floor, medical history, injuries, medications, Visceral fat rating, muscle mass, strength test, measurements, goal setting, set up food diary, Dietary advice, plan sessions, and book & pay for your training times; you choose private sessions or shared sessions or groups. This includes PDF handouts, food, meal plans, exercises, what to eat and home programs, and postural analysis to check whether you have any muscle imbalances. This may occur when you place joints and bones under constant stress and uneven pressure.
