Clinical Pilates is a form of exercise and rehabilitation that combines Pilate’s principles, which teach you to improve your core stability by isolating specific muscle groups.
Designed by a physiotherapist and osteopath, it is an adaptation of Joseph Pilate’s original approach, modified and changed to make it appropriate for use in a clinical/rehabilitation setting. Specific programs are developed to suit the individual’s injury or pathology and their particular sport or activity level.
We will teach you how having great core stability muscles will create a brace-like hold around your lower back to protect you from injury.
