“Why Pole Pilates at 61? The experience started to prove to some, that age is irrelevant. Now the Pole Pilates experience is an adventure. I’m a female moving with grace and elegance. I’m a woman at her exotic, provocative, mysterious best. ALL woman on the move and keeping fit to boot.”

“Dancing has been my passion since I can remember, taking classes in Ballet, Jazz, Hip-hop, Belly Dancing and for the last 6 months Pole dancing. I also have a blue belt in Taekwondo and competed in Australian University Games in 2004, gaining a gold medal for my efforts. I’ve always been active, but since my teenage years, I became sedentary and depressed and stopped many of these activities because of this.
Having been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome last year, living an active life and keeping a healthy diet in order to keep my tiredness to a minimum has really motivated me to concentrate on my fitness. Since then I have completed my Certificate III and IV in Fitness through Kangan Batman TAFE to better understand my body and achieve my goals.
I’ve been training with Margie since August 2007, and not only has she helped me on my self-esteem and constant weight issues, but has also helped me with controlling and understanding my Chronic Fatigue. Since going to Margie, I’ve been advancing in my Pole dancing rapidly, become involved in dancing again, and have noticed significant weight loss in just a few short months. I had my wedding in early December last year, and I had managed to drop back down to the weight I was in high school by the time the day came round. I can’t wait to get started in the next phase of my life and focus on my own fitness and those of others by personal training.”
