Our intention for all women is to strengthen your core, transform your body inside and out and create the body you’ve always wanted. Our Pilates principles teach body awareness, connecting with your breath and spirit. You will create a longer and leaner body, leaving you with more confidence and feeling good in your skin. We want you to get the best results possible. Our small classes mean more intensive and personalised workouts and a great session with a friend.

Pole Pilates is a sequence of carefully performed exercises designed to develop your deep torso muscles and improve your flexibility, muscle tone and body alignment. It is a holistic approach, combining the mind and body, enabling you to develop greater body awareness and efficiency of movement.

Our small class ( 4 only in a class) ensures you get the best possible attention service and learn the poses faster than groups of 10 as in other studios. We pride ourselves on results and teaching you Pole Pilates in a safe environment that ensures that your core stability is targeted. You will achieve a leaner body as once your trunk and abs are stabilised, your whole body will improve.
If you’re looking for something different to do for your birthday, hen’s night or party, why not learn some new moves? Grab your friends and learn how to strut and hang on a pole. This will guarantee to get you in the mood to party: a fabulous boudoir, a unique venue to celebrate your party or team building event. You are welcome to use our feather boas. Your party is booked for your group only, so you have full access to the studio.
